They are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their day team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse who thrives in a calm setting and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults.

As a Staff Nurse (RGN) working day shifts, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents during the quieter hours. You’ll lead and support the care team, manage clinical tasks, and respond with empathy and professionalism to any needs that arise.

  • A Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
  • At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a clinical nursing role
  • Experience working with older adults, ideally in dementia or nursing care settings
  • Confidence in decision-making, and the ability to remain calm and professional
  • A caring, respectful approach and strong communication skills
  • A team player who values dignity, inclusion, and high-quality care

What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive rate of £20 per hour
  • Access to a user-friendly benefits portal
  • Comprehensive training and induction programme
  • Ongoing wellbeing support and dedicated mental health resources
  • Onsite parking to make commuting easier
  • Company pension scheme for long-term peace of mind

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care in line with care plans and clinical best practices
  • Administer medication and manage health conditions safely and in line with NMC standards
  • Act as a point of contact for residents, responding to physical and emotional needs
  • Maintain accurate records and hand over relevant updates to the day team
  • Supervise and support care staff, promoting a positive and collaborative environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure continuity of care
