Summary

Job Overview
-We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Transformation & CI to lead large-scale change initiatives across our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, service innovation, and cultural change to enhance customer experience, improve performance, and future-proof the business.As a key member of the Compliance, Risk and QHSE team, you will own the transformation roadmap and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation

Main Duties

-Transformation Strategy & Leadership
-Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with business goals and FM industry best practices.

-Lead and manage enterprise-wide transformation programs, including organisational design, process re-engineering, and technology adoption.

-Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment across business units

-Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
-Identify inefficiencies and champion lean, agile, and scalable operating models.

-Drive continuous improvement across hard and soft FM services, including all service lines.

-Change Management & Culture
-Develop and implement a robust change management framework to support business transformation.

-Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability across diverse operational teams.

-Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
-Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, client teams, and partners.

-Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency, risk management, and successful delivery of change initiatives.

What we are looking for
-
-Experience
-Proven senior leadership experience in leading business transformation and change programs, ideally within the Facilities Management, real estate, built environment, or outsourced services sectors.

-Demonstrated success in designing and delivering large-scale operational service delivery transformation initiatives, including technology integration (e.g. CAFM systems, IoT, smart building tech).

-Experience driving service improvement, cost optimisation, and process re-engineering across hard and soft FM services.

-Track record of working with senior stakeholders, including clients, to influence strategic direction and deliver measurable outcomes.

-Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in complex, matrixed environments.

-Skills and Knowledge
-Deep understanding of the FM industry, including service delivery models, compliance, asset management, sustainability, and innovation trends.

-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, with commercial and operational acumen.

-Expert knowledge of change management frameworks and project/programme management methodologies.

-Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Qualifications
-Degree in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

-Postgraduate qualification (e.g. MBA) desirable.

-Professional certifications in change management, programme management, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

-Desirable Criteria
-Experience working in both client-side and service provider environments within the FM sector.

-Familiarity with regulated environments (if applicable).

-Background in M&A integration, operating model redesign, or culture transformation programs.

-Experience with ESG, net-zero strategies, and sustainable IFM practices.
