HR Administrator

Salary: £24,232 – £25,334(depending upon experience)
Location: Gravesend, DA11 7HQ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced HR administrator to join our small HR team, supporting our team and the wider organisation in a variety of administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this role might be a good fit for you!

llenor is a hospice charity in Gravesend providing palliative and end-of-life care within the local community. At ellenor, we value inclusivity and focus on providing high-quality services with compassion and care.

We offer professional development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme (with the option for NHS Pension Scheme members to transfer their pension), an employee assistance program, discount schemes, a generous annual leave allowance, and much more.

Essential requirements

You will have previous experience working in administration or HR.
You will also be a great communicator, can prioritise tasks, work under pressure with good attention to detail, and have a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

This post is subject to Standard DBS clearance.

UK Immigration:

ellenor is not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK. This decision is a consequence of the changes made to the Skilled Worker route by the UK Government in April 2024. We continue to welcome applications from candidates who are eligible for alternative immigration routes in the UK, which do not require sponsorship as a Skilled Worker now or in future.

How to apply:

By application form either online or downloadable from our website or by submitting a CV and cover letter to hr@ellenor.org, CVs without a cover letter will not be considered.

We reserve the right to close this position should we receive a good response; therefore, it is advisable to apply early.

The interview process will be ongoing.
