Breakfast & After School Club Site Lead
Location: Martlesham Primary Academy, IP12 4SS
Hours: 25 per week. Breakfast Club: 7:45am - 8:45am | After School Club: 3:15pm - 5:30pm

We’re looking for a confident and caring Site Lead to manage our Breakfast and After School Clubs at Martlesham Primary Academy.
If you’re an experienced childcare professional ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a club where children love to learn, play, and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead daily club sessions in a safe, engaging environment
• Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
• Supervise staff and manage site operations
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
• Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted standards are met
What You’ll Need:
• Level 2+ in Childcare, Playwork or similar
• Experience with children aged 4–11
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Good understanding of safeguarding
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
• Confident communicator
