As part of our Neighbourhoods team, you’ll provide support, assistance, and information to our tenants, to ensure their tenancies are sustainable. You’ll ensure support is in place prior to tenancy commencement, or in times of crisis.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting new tenants to set up their tenancy, or existing tenants who are at risk of eviction, or in crisis
• Working with colleagues to establish and maintain definitions of vulnerability
• Supporting tenants to maximise their income and address personal debt
• Ensuring signposting and referral arrangements are in place for vulnerable tenants
• Coordinating and delivering tenancy support visits
• Collaborating with internal and external services to ensure tenants are provided with holistic and multi-disciplinary support packages

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent communications skills
• Health, counselling, or housing-related qualifications would be ideal
• Experience working with vulnerable tenants and a good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
