Why this Site Reliability Engineer role?
Our SREs are the quiet heroes behind the scenes—ensuring that our mission-critical systems stay performant, available, secure, and cost-effective. You’ll work across cloud and on-prem environments, shaping infrastructure, delivery pipelines, and monitoring systems while partnering closely with dev and support teams.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about engineering excellence, automation, and reliability at scale.

• Advance system observability, monitoring and alerting
• Automate, troubleshoot, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
• Improve development environments to meet delivery and quality targets
• Research and evaluate tools and platforms to support scale and efficiency
• Build deep knowledge across business and technical domains
What We’re Looking For
Essentials:
• Infrastructure as Code expertise with tools like Terraform
• Config management with Ansible, Chef, or similar
• Docker/container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• CI/CD experience (e.g. Jenkins)

• Strong Linux, scripting, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
Desirables:
• Coding in Java, Go, Python, or similar
• Familiarity with cross-domain security principles
• Previous work in service management or high-availability environments
• Experience building or using reliability metrics
Security Matters
Due to the nature of our work, any offer will be subject to passing security screening and eligibility for DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
