Summary
Do you have a strong desire to positively impact people’s lives? We are recruiting a Supported Coordinator for our supported living services in Trafford, delivering person centred support to individuals with mental health needs.
The post holder will deliver high quality, person centred support working alongside individuals, their families, professionals, and a team of staff. They will lead service users in building confidence and developing independence to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Your role will include:
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the supported accommodation service.
- Deliver direct, empathetic assistance to service users, with an emphasis on recovery and wellness.
- Creative and execute bespoke support plans for individuals, ensuring they align with personal aspirations and circumstances.
- Lead, guide and nurture a team of support workers to maintain high standards of service and delivery.
- Communicate effectively with a range of external professionals to ensure joined up working around individual service users.
- Ensure that Creative Support’s quality standards and regulatory requirements are met.
You will be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including evenings and weekends.
