Summary
Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting Recycling Pickers / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing recycling facility. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable hours, full-time work, and consistent weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on a fast-moving picking belt, sorting various recyclable materials including metals, coppers, and more
Ensure all incoming materials are correctly sorted for sustainable reuse and recycling
Use a spray gun to paint and mark different types of metal as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in warehouse, recycling, or production roles is a plus but not essential
Good attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for long periods
Polish-speaking candidates are highly desirable to support current team communication
Must have 3-point PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) – safety boots, hi-vis vest, and hard hat
