At The McIndoe Centre, were looking for a Theatre Healthcare Assistant whos passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives as part of a dedicated and high-performing clinical team. As a Healthcare Assistant in Theatres, you will work as part of a close-knit, highly skilled clinical team to provide outstanding patient care within the theatre department. Under the supervision of registered Theatre Practitioners, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining hygiene and safety, and ensuring an efficient and seamless service is delivered. Your empathetic nature and professional attitude will help ensure a high standard of care is consistently provided to patients. About You: Experience in a healthcare setting ideally within an acute or surgical hospital environment. NVQ Level 1/2/3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential). A smart, presentable appearance and professional attitude. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proactive, flexible, and adaptable with a passion for learning. A commitment to high standards, patient dignity, and teamwork. Previous experience in an operating theatre setting. Knowledge of theatre hygiene and infection control best practices. Location: The McIndoe Centre, East Grinstead Contract Type: Permanent Work Pattern: 4 days per week, 9.5 hours per day, on call required & weekend work optional Salary: from £23,809.50 per annum (experience dependent) Right to Work in the UK In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
