Summary
Agile Delivery Leadership - Line management of a multi disciplinary team, managing risks, dependencies, and priorities to drive successful outcomes and regularly release software. Agile & Lean Expertise - Act as a champion for Agile practices, coaching teams and continuously improving delivery processes. Stakeholder Engagement - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders, ensuring alignment of digital programmes with business objectives. Planning & Risk Management - Identify potential roadblocks, optimise workflows and delivery metrics, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum. Budget & Supplier Management - You will be involved in financial planning, contract negotiations, and supplier engagement to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Community Leadership - Help build and develop a strong Agile delivery culture, sharing knowledge, coaching teams, and driving innovation.
