Summary
Participate in cross-functional training rotations (e.g. within IT, Operations, Finance HR). Assist the Head of Department with daily tasks and strategic projects. Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making. Shadow senior managers to gain insight into leadership responsibilities. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects. Present findings and progress to senior leadership.
