Summary
To manage a caseload of CYP aged up to 19 years with a range of SLCN including Learning Disabilities and complex medical conditions. To provide high quality assessment and differential diagnosis for children referred with SLCN To provide evidence based interventions, develop therapeutic programmes and advice for parents ,carers and school based staff. To providing training and resources to parents and key partner agencies to support them to embed functional and effective support into the CYPs learning environment. To contribute to raising awareness of SLCN and training of the wider workforce and multi-disciplinary Team. To contribute to SLT student placements once suitably experienced and to support the work of assistants and volunteers.
