Summary

Applications are invited for the newly created position of Student Success Officer, a role within the Student Services Department at the University of South Wales.

The Student Success Officer is pivotal to delivery of an efficient and professional first point of contact for USW students, supporting transition and navigating policies and procedures to enable student success. Student Success Officers will work in collaboration with academic teams to ensure students facing barriers are effectively supported.

Based at Cardiff, Pontypridd, or Newport. This role will provide you with an opportunity to utilise your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support student success.

The University is currently operating a hybrid-model of working; however, the successful candidate would be expected to work on campus primarily.

Full-time and part-time permanent opportunities are available.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
