Hours: 7 per week (ideally 2 evenings; flexible start to build trust)
Rate: £12.60 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful and reliable Personal Assistant to support a 13-year-old girl in developing confidence, independence, and emotional regulation. She is autistic and benefits from patient, understanding support in a familiar environment.
The role will begin with home-based support while trust is built. As comfort grows, outings will be introduced. A driver is preferred to help facilitate access to activities, especially on tougher days. You'll be guided by the family regarding food sensitivities and support strategies.
This role is ideal for someone with genuine care, emotional intelligence, and a calm approach.
Duties Include:
• Supporting and accompanying chosen activities
• Offering emotional encouragement
• Suggesting suitable activities and outings
Requirements:
• PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to join)
• Driver preferred
• Experience supporting autistic individuals is desirable
• Genuine, caring nature with a flexible, positive mindset
