A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stafford is looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join their team as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September 2025.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom activities, including small group and one-to-one support

    
    

  • Supporting pupils’ development in literacy, numeracy, and social skills

    
    

  • Helping with lesson planning and classroom organisation

    
    

  • Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

    
    

  • Learning from experienced educators and support staff

    
    

  • Gaining insight into daily school life

    
    

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Holds a 2:1 degree or above in any subject

      
      

    • Has a keen interest in Psychology, Education Studies, Health and Social Care, or similar fields (preferred but not essential)

      
      

    • Is passionate about supporting primary-aged children’s development

      
      

    • Demonstrates excellent communication, professionalism, and enthusiasm

      
      

    • Is adaptable, patient, and proactive

      
      

    • Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not required

      
      

      Important:

      Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available.
