Crynodeb
You would be responsible for development of the payroll system both to make improvements and in response to changes in legislation, delivering training and liaising with other departments to improve the payroll function. You will need to be willing to take on work in unfamiliar areas and take on self-guided learning/training.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have experience in both payroll and system development but we would definitely encourage applications from candidates with experience in one area who would be willing to embrace training opportunities. The successful candidate will need to be highly self-motivated with the ability to work and manage workloads independently.
Knowledge of the Oracle Payroll modules would be beneficial.
