Are you an experienced GRP Laminator looking for steady hours, a 4-day workweek, and long-term potential? This is your chance to join a respected manufacturing company producing high-quality composite products, with a temp-to-perm opportunity and immediate start available.
What’s on offer
You’ll earn £13.00 - £15.00 per hour depending on experience. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:45pm, giving you a long weekend every week. This is a temp to perm opportunity after a successful trial period. You’ll be working in a clean, modern environment with a supportive team and clear progression pathway.
Your role as a GRP Laminator
You’ll be hand laminating using fibreglass materials, working from technical drawings and mould specifications. You’ll trim, finish, and inspect composite parts, while maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in the production team to ensure quality and consistency.
We’re looking for
You’ll need previous experience as a GRP Laminator or similar role such as Fibreglass Laminator, Composite Laminator, or GRP Technician. Strong hand lay-up and moulding skills are essential, as well as the ability to follow technical instructions. A keen eye for detail and a reliable, consistent approach are key.
