Summary
We have an opportunity for a Lettings Coordinator to join us on a part time permanent basis.
We can be flexible with the location of this role with offices in Newbury, Basingstoke, Bristol and Hurn.
You'll be working Monday - Thursday (29 hours) with a mix of being at home and in the office working. There will be occasional travel to our Greenham Hub in Newbury for training and team meetings.
The starting salary is £19,197 - £21,946 depending on experience (£24,493 - £28,000 full time equivalent).
The Role
Our Coordinators play a key role in supporting us to provide good quality affordable homes to those in need.
You will support one of our lettings teams with their administrative tasks which will include tasks such as advertising our new lettings opportunities, liaising with customers, issuing and following up legal paperwork, data input across multiple systems and tenancy set up.
This is a really busy role where you will be completing multiple tasks, navigating our in house systems and working to deadlines.
We are looking for:
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
Experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders
The ability to work independently and use your own initiative to make decisions
Experience of using multiple IT systems and a basic knowledge of Excel
A knowledge of housing is desirable but not essential.
