Summary

Area to be covered: Fife, Edinburgh , Perth & Dundee
Salary: Basic salary and competitive commission.
The role of the Area Sales Manager –
·Field sales role selling a wide range of pitched roof and flat roof services.
·Selling to residential and commercial clients.
·Typically small to medium sized projects
·Project sizes from (50-300m2)
·Calculate material costings on all projects.
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –
·Must have a proven field sales track record within the construction industry
Roofing sales experience not essential but advantageous
·Autonomous, but still a team player
·Contacts within roofing contractors/ roofing installers may be advantageous
·High level of energy and strong commercial acumen
·On the up hungry salesperson in the construction industry
·Can handle quotations, take offs
·Happy to get up on a ladder onto a roof
·Great at account management.
·Can work well with technical team, admin and managing Director
·Well organised and works methodically
