DISPENSING OPTICIAN - WEMBLEY - INDEPENDENT OPTICIANS

The Role:
-Dispensing frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget
-Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements
-Dealing with complex patient queries and providing outstanding levels of customer service
-Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
-Marketing, training and mentoring staff
-Working towards targets
-Able to implement relevant changes as well as working as part of a close-knit team
-An enthusiastic approach to make a positive impact on the customers experience within the practice
-Mixture of sales skills and clinical professionalism
-Candidate must be ambitious and self-motivated
