Graduate Trainee Mortgage Adviser- Self-Employed– Hammersmith, London

The Role

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to launch a career in financial services? Do you have an interest in property or finance and enjoy building strong client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

Capricorn Financial Consultancy, London’s largest independent mortgage brokerage, is expanding. With offices in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, we specialise in securing UK mortgage financing for both domestic and international clients.

As our UK team continues to grow, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join us in our Hammersmith office.

This is a commission-only role, ideal for entrepreneurial self-starters who want to take charge of their own success.

· Year 1 earnings: £40,000 – £50,000

· Year 2: £80,000 – £120,000

· Year 3: £150,000+

· Year 4+: £200,000+
Top performers can earn £500k+ annually.

Key Responsibilities:

· Connect with prospective clients and explain suitable mortgage options

· Support clients throughout the mortgage process from enquiry to completion

· Nurture relationships with introducers to generate high-quality leads

· Spot opportunities for cross-sales and referrals

· Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other key parties to ensure smooth delivery

Who We're Looking For:

· Recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience in sales, finance, or real estate

· Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure

· Keen interest in the UK property and mortgage market

Skills & Experience:

· You will be required to gain a Mortgage qualification prior to starting, either CeMap or RO1, the interview process can still be completed and if offered your start date will be pending qualification.

· Previous experience in sales, real estate, or financial services is an advantage but not essential
