1. Providing direct leadership and management for the MHSD service, including line management of a designated group of the whole IAP workforce 2. Maintaining operational oversight of day-to-day service delivery across the IAP3. Ensuring a resilient, effective and engaged workforce through recruitment, retention and staff development initiatives4. Fostering a supportive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement5. Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team on service development and innovation6. Leading on quality improvement, auditing and service evaluation for the MHSD7.
