Summary
Clinical Responsibilities The post holder will be responsible for the management of patients with complex orthodontic and health needs. The post holder as a specialised practitioner will address orthodontic therapy performance skills, social context and activity demands in collaboration with patients, carers and colleagues. The post is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for specialised clinical skills and leadership competencies, promoting the effective and economical use of available resources and contributing to the delivery of a budgetary balance. The post holder is accountable for his/her own actions with/without direct supervision and accountable for the actions of unqualified members of staff.
