Summary

The Dolphin Centre in the heart of Darlington is seeking a chef de partie on a causal basis to support the busy kitchen team.



We are looking to attract people who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service with an enthusiasm to deliver business performance and who will be proud to be part of this very successful team. A Chef with a positive attitude and the flexibility to cope with the demands of a very busy and varied kitchen.



Our team of Chefs serve food to our very busy Bistro, 16 Horsemarket Cafandeacute; and Under the Sea Soft Play area, they also prepare buffets for the Dolphin Centre, Hippodrome as well other external businesses. In addition, our team also cater for high quality functions and events regularly.



The successful applicant will be required to work varying shifts to accommodate the needs of the business on a casual basis. Shifts are generally 7-3pm, 9-5pm and 12-8.30pm although may vary due to business needs and events.
