Practice Nurse – Part-Time (27 Hours per Week) – Grantham

Key Responsibilities:-
Management and monitoring of long-term conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and COPD

Administering childhood and adult immunisations and vaccinations

Conducting cervical cytology

Providing wound care and management

Delivering health promotion advice and lifestyle support

Supporting patients with family planning and sexual health advice

Assisting with minor surgery and other treatment room duties

Maintaining accurate patient records using EMIS (or similar system)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:-
Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse

Previous experience working in a general practice or primary care setting

Competence in chronic disease management and treatment room duties

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A flexible, patient-centred approach to care

The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
