We are looking for an IFAS Accounting and NetSuite Support Technician to join the team!

Position: VAC0131 IFAS Accounting and NetSuite Support Technician

Location: London/Hybrid

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £39,794.01 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3,800 pa

Contract: Permanent

Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum, café discount.

About the Role

The IFAS Accounting and NetSuite Support Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the organisation's financial systems. This position focuses on ensuring the efficient operation of NetSuite and IFAS by providing technical support, resolving system issues, and improving system functionality.

Key responsibilities include

- User training

- Ensuring data accuracy

- Aligning system usage with organisational objectives to enhance system adoption and overall business performance

Combining technical expertise with accounting knowledge, this role supports seamless financial operations, boosts user productivity, and fosters continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system support.

- NetSuite Certification (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator) and NetSuite functionalities, including workflows and saved searches.

- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, particularly in troubleshooting, workflows, and reporting.

- Familiarity with financial, inventory, CRM, or other business modules within NetSuite.

- Experience with data migration and system integrations.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, pivot tables, and charts.

- Basic Knowledge of SuiteScript, Suite Flow or other scripting languages for ERP customization.
