Senior Management Accountant
We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join the team!

Position: VAC0132 Senior Management Accountant
Location: London/Hybrid
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £64,789.43 pa plus travel to work allowance up to £3800 pa
Contract: Permanent
Benefits: Contributory pension scheme; generous travel to work allowance; 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays per annum, café discount.

About the Role
This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of IHQ, contributing to the broader mission of the charity. The role will lead the provision of monthly management reports to all stakeholders within IHQ, driving budget planning as well as financial analysis and reporting.
This role will provide robust and proactive 'customer focussed' approach with all key stakeholders, which will require a balance of technical expertise and strategic insight.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with relevant experience in management accounting.
- Strong management reporting, financial reporting and analytical skills with proficiency in budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience in finance business partnering with key stakeholders of various department.
- Experience in process improvement and audit management.
