Summary
HGV Class 1 driver
Faverdale, Darlington.
£15.50ph - £22.00ph
Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Darlington. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.
This role does require manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering to RDCs and stores.
- Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
- Vehicle checks
Days
- Days: 05:00 – 09:00 starts
- £15.00ph PAYE – Monday to Friday
- £22.00ph PAYE – Saturday and Sunday
Nights
- Nights: 15:00 – 21:00 starts
- £17.50ph PAYE – Monday to Friday
- £22.00ph PAYE – Saturday and Sunday
The ideal candidate.
- Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months
- You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes
- “Can do” attitude
- No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
