They are looking for an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying for a housing developer
Valid CSCS card and UK driving licence
Working knowledge of construction and contract law along with various forms of Conditions of Contract.
Significant knowledge of construction techniques on particular projects.
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
Membership of RICS, ICES or CIOB (or working towards)
Practical application of Microsoft Office - predominantly Excel
Experience of using a cost system i.e. Oracle or similar
