Base Location: Stornoway
Salary: £29,504 - £34,757 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible Working patterns available
The role provides administrative support to the Embedded Generation team within the Networks business.
You Will:
- Provide administrative functions such as filing, arranging travel, processing / receipting purchase orders.
- Manage staff updates to the learning management system.
- Prepare monthly returns for external regulatory bodies.
You Will Have:
- Experience in assisting a small team meet targets and manage compliance.
- An ability to focus on key commercial relationships to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- The ability to assist other managers, in remote locations, with admin duties.
- Great interpersonal skills to complete power station inductions for staff and contractors.
- Full training of essential systems will be provided.
