As an Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Answering calls in a friendly, professional and helpful manner
• Offering great customer service and handling queries effectively and efficiently
• Physical administrative tasks, such as filing/scanning mail/archiving
• Maintaining accurate and organised records, incl customer files and documents
• Liaising with and supporting financial advisors/paraplanners
We’re looking for an Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Some previous experience as an Administrator
• A friendly and approachable personality with great communication skills
• Financial services experience would be an advantage
• Super organised, task focussed with a high attention to detail
• Good IT skills – Microsoft 365 and databases
• Great time management skills
In return, the successful Administrator will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 (pro rata’d), plus the following benefits…
