As a New Business Executive, your responsibilities will include…
• Finding & connecting with new business clients using databases, LinkedIn, online resources
• Contacting businesses via cold calling, email &LinkedIn messaging to book appointments
• Engaging confidently with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers
• Logging and tracking all outreach in the CRM, ensuring follow-ups are handled properly
• Working with consultants to refine outreach strategy based on industry trends
• Monitoring lead generation progress and contribute to regular sales and pipeline reporting
We are looking for a New Business Executive with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation or telemarketing
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
• Motivated by targets and capable of managing a structured calling schedule
• Organised, self-motivated, and resilient
• The ability to act with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Confident in building relationships and engaging professionals via phone and online
In return, the successful New Business Executive will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus commission and the following benefits…
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
