ISS delivers integrated facilities management services for the client across their entire property portfolio, including engineering, support services, catering and security.

This encompasses corporate offices, technical sites and retail stores.

Job Description

In addition to supporting the account commercially, the Supplier & Commercial Assistant will provide vital support for the operations team in managing the performance of our supply chain.

This involves ensuring pricing accuracy and maximising available opportunities to realise operational synergies.

With your meticulous attention to detail and expertise in supplier and commercial management, you'll help uphold the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support Operations in reviewing quotes and challenging suppliers on SORs
Liaise with suppliers to resolve operational issues and ensure value for money
Assist in pricing new opportunities and reviewing contract changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to address commercial queries and PO management
Help improve pricing models and ensure supplier alignment with procurement standards


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in a complex client contract environment, ideally in FM
Strong background in commercial or supplier management roles
Experience with FM commercial models and pricing of services
Knowledge of building services to evaluate and challenge repair scopes
Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Proactive team player with a flexible, customer-focused approach
Excellent communication skills across all levels
