The Administrator will work as a trusted partner within the People and Culture team, delivering first-class HR administrative support that enhances the employee experience across the organisation.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing tasks efficiently and with a high level of accuracy, always adhering to internal governance frameworks and meeting statutory requirements.

This is a key position in ensuring that HR processes run smoothly, reliably, and with people at the heart of every interaction.

This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders, while consistently representing the team through outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, letters, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate projects for the People & Culture Board.
Maintain accurate personnel records and shared mailboxes, ensuring timely responses to queries.
Support employee relations and change processes, including formal meeting administration and note taking.
Assist with internal and external audits by gathering data and conducting personnel file checks.
Ensure GDPR compliance in all aspects of document handling, record keeping and reporting.
Issue annual salary review and bonus letters, support DSARs, and coordinate returned mail processing.
