As a Payroll Manager, you’ll lead the payroll team, ensuring seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the payroll team to process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including PAYE, pension contributions, and tax reporting.
Oversee BACS uploads, payroll journals, and control account reconciliations.
Support Tax Year-End processes, including P60 production.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to streamline payroll processes and policies.
Manage and enhance the Cascade HR/Payroll system for optimal performance.
Provide training and guidance to payroll staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
Generate payroll reports for management and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
Address employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.
