Summary
Contributing to a service that has high aspirations for service users and has a commitment to supporting recovery for everyone using the service. Work in a team of Recovery Coaches in the delivery of specified Goal Based Outcomes for clients and individualised case management to time and standard. Ensuring safe service delivery, safeguarding service users, cares and families. Positive outcomes for service users are achieved through effective time managed support Full implementation of policies and procedures. Contribution to the development of the service.
