ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus asPurchase Ledger Administratorwill be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and maintaining strong financial controls across our care home operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice matching, coding, and posting, as well as handling supplier queries and reconciling statements. Other responsibilities will include: Building a relationship with internal and external bodies Answering telephone and email queries Checking payment runs for errors and duplicates Setting up and verification of suppliers ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.
