Summary
Essential: Experience in delivering system training within a healthcare, public sector, or large organisational setting. Strong understanding of Electronic Patient Record systems ideally Rio. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to simplify technical information for non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal and engagement skills able to build relationships and inspire confidence. Comfortable working in clinical environments and engaging with a wide range of users. Desirable: NHS experience, especially in mental health or community settings. Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Moodle). Knowledge of project and change management principles (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile).
