Summary
We have taken on a 3-month contract (with possibility of extension) in the Telford area for Electrical Assembly Operatives.
Duties include:
• Assemble electrical components and wiring according to schematic diagrams and work instructions
• Crimp and terminate wires and cables
• Conduct basic electrical testing on assemblies
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Report any faults or quality issues to the supervisor immediately
• Assist with inventory and materials handling as required
Essential Skills:
• Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with soldering and wire termination.
• Worked within electrical assembly production environment.
Hours of work Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 7am-1pm
