Summary
Main Aspects of the role include:
Delivering a programme for the Strategic Command Board, Executive Committee, Audit and Risk Assurance Committee and Senior Leadership Away Days that focuses on the strategic priorities for the Command, addressing key issues and risks.
Working closely with senior leaders (4*-1*) and Non-Executive Board Members across Strategic Command to develop a forward plan.
Advising and supporting Board, Committee members and stakeholders.
Engaging with the 4*/3*/2* Outer Offices on the preparation for UKStratCom Board and Executive Committee meetings.
Providing high quality Secretariat services for meetings – organising logistics, drafting agendas, commissioning papers, minute taking, and tracking actions.
Advising Strategic Command’s five Non-Executive Board Members and facilitating their contribution to Strategic Command;
Providing effective administrative support to deliver a high standard of service to the Non-Executive Members, including preparation for UKStratCom Board, Committee meetings and other areas of key work.
