Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification essential
Leadership experience is essential
Knowledge of child development and how to support children into the transition to school
Experience of SEND children
Competent in observation, assessment and planning.
Passion to support children's in their learning and development essential
Competent in developing enabling language rich environments
