The role:
You will manage and investigate insurance claims made against our client , including assessing liability, identifying fraud, and working closely with internal teams and external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate liability and potentially fraudulent claims
Liaise with claimants, witnesses, and legal teams
Maintain accurate case records and prepare cases for court
Offer advice on insurance cover to departments
Recommend improvements to reduce future claims
What the client is looking for:
2–3 years' experience handling liability/personal injury claims (public, employer’s liability, or motor)
Strong understanding of negligence and insurance law
Experience working with large organisations or insurers
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working onsite, including site visits
