Summary
EARN UP TO £19.96 PER HOUR – CLASS 1 TRUNKING!
Are you a reliable and experienced Class 1 driver? We’re recruiting on behalf of a Chesterfield based client who is looking for professional Class 1 drivers for permanent trunking roles.
You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of palletised goods using a curtain-sided vehicle, with 1 to 3 drops per day. Previous experience handling curtain-sided trailers is essential, and a strong customer-focused approach is key due to the nature of the work.
It is required to have a full UK Drivers Licence with a C+E entitlement. You must also have a minimum of 12 months of class 1 experience and no more than 6 points on your licence. A strong customer-focused approach is essential.
This is a permanent position.
This work is Monday – Friday with starting times of approx 05:00 - 07:00 each day.
This role will pay £16.50ph with 28 days of holiday pro rata, or alternatively £19.96ph umbrella.
