Summary

Your new firm
A modern and forward-thinking firm based in Altrincham are seeking to recruit an Accounts & Audit Manager to join their team. This firm provides accounting, audit, personal and corporate tax, bookkeeping and management account services to a range of SME clients with turnovers of up to £1 million - £50 million. Their clients mostly sit within manufacturing, retail and logistics sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fantastic firm which will support their development and get exposure to a range of services and clients which are unlike any other firm of this size.


Your new role
As Accounts & Audit Manager, you will be responsible for account preparation for a range of SME clients. You will be required to manage audits for local clients. You will lead an experienced and professional audit team, providing training and support where appropriate. You will be required to create and management client relationships, and develop business for the firm. You will be a part of an experienced team of supportive staff and will have the opportunity to have a hands-on approach to professional development.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous work within practice to at least an Assistant Manager level. This candidate will ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified. You will need a polite and professional manner and be willing to engage with clients and have the ability to develop relationships. You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
