What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Have proven experience of working within a primary or nursery school and have a HLTA qualification or equivalent and a good level of literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE or equivalent)
• Undertake specified timetabled covering of teaching duties, as agreed with SLT, on a planned and ad-hoc basis.
• Need to be flexible, resilient and able to work collaboratively and independently to plan lessons for PPA cover.
• Be hardworking and committed to ensure all children reach their full potential.
• Work positively and collaboratively with the teaching team, pupils and parents across our community.
