What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly committed, outstanding Learning Support Assistant to work with children who are Autistic and have complex learning needs. The post holder will support these children across the school and in our newly established School Based Provision.

• have experience of working in a busy school environment where no two days are the same
• are organised and efficient
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• are able to use your own initiative
• have high expectations of self
