Gurney Pease Academy is a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted October 2021) with amazing children and staff. We are looking for a new teacher to join our supportive team, who believes that in order for children to achieve their potential, good self-esteem, positive relationships, and high aspirations are essential.

This position is to start 1st September 2025.

Are you an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher? We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher to join our warm and welcoming primary school in September 2025.

About the Role: This is a part-time role (five mornings a week) based within our nursey provision. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, helping to lay the foundations for our youngest learners' future success. You will work closely with colleagues to create a stimulating, supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in an EYFS setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and framework.
• A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and staff.
• A commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
