Summary
Randstad C&P is recruiting for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing UK-based property services team. This is a permanent, full-time position ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and grow with a company from the ground up.
The Package:
- Competitive salary between £30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Company van and fuel card provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks in residential properties
- Performing carpentry and joinery duties, including repairs and installations
- Boxing in and securing exposed pipework
- Lifting, relaying, and repairing floorboards where needed
- Completing minor patching, plastering, and finishing work
- Providing a friendly, professional service while working in occupied homes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled or handyperson role
- Strong carpentry/joinery skills and a good general maintenance background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally in domestic settings
- Full UK driving licence
