Healthcare Assistant – Day Shifts – £12.60 per hour | Beautiful Residential & Dementia Care Home

Our client, a welcoming and well-respected care home for older adults, is currently seeking compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their day shift team. This service provides high-quality residential and dementia care in a beautiful period home, known for its warm, peaceful atmosphere and strong sense of community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual with a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care and previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant to grow their career in a supportive and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care home or similar setting
  • A kind, empathetic nature with a passion for working with older adults
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An understanding of dementia care (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting a calm, respectful, and inclusive environment for all residents
