Job Advert
Grahamston House is resource centre/care home for older individuals living with dementia and associated physical health conditions.
You will be responsible, as part of a team, for the provision of high-quality person-centred care for each individual. Have knowledge and experience of good care practice in meeting the needs of older people with dementia and those who are clinically frail.
You will demonstrate skills in assessment, support planning and recording. You will hold excellent communication skills, be experienced in multidisciplinary working, demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to ensure the best outcomes for the individuals we support.
An SVQ 3 in Social Care is desirable and you must be able to register with the SSSC and qualify within the regulatory timescale of three years.
You will work 33.25 hrs hours a week, working on a rota/shift basis and includes working weekends.
This post is temporary until July 2026 due to service requirement.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain / maintain PVG scheme membership.
